To search for specialists, Ukrnafta signed a memorandum of cooperation with the State Employment Center.

“Ukrnafta has many vacancies in various areas. The company needs specialists to work on drilling rigs, gas station operators and cashiers, mechanics, machinists, accountants, logistics managers, etc.,” the company said in a press release on Thursday.

According to the report, cooperation with Ukrnafta will allow the center to increase the number of offers for citizens looking for work, which for the company is another step towards developing human resources and attracting new personnel.

“The center will select applicants for existing positions in the company. Joint activities are also planned to attract candidates, create conditions for retraining and advanced training of personnel,” Ukrnafta adds.

As reported, Ukrnafta sets a strategic goal of doubling oil and natural gas production to 3 million tonnes and 2 billion cubic meters respectively by 2027.

Ukrnafta is the largest oil producing company in Ukraine, operating a national network of gas stations of 537 stations, of which 456 are operational.
