On Wednesday, September 6, searches are being carried out at the premises of the Kyivteploenergo municipal enterprise. The reason for this was the conclusions of the audit of the State Audit Service of Ukraine, the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration has reported.

"Municipal Enterprise Kyivteploenergo does not interfere with the searches, voluntarily provides the requested information and documents," the administration said in the report.

At the same time, the Kyiv City State Administration said that at the beginning of 2023, they had already filed a lawsuit against the State Audit Service due to violations during the audit, unfounded conclusions, and a formal approach.

"Relevant proceedings have been started in the Kyiv District Administrative Court. The utility company considers the auditors' conclusions unreasonable because they are based not on an analysis of documentation or actual work, but on subjective, undocumented assessments taken mainly from media sources. In addition, the State Audit Service deliberately deprived the Kyivteploenergo of the opportunity to provide professional explanations and comments, which grossly violated the procedure for conducting state financial control," the administration said.

Specialists of the State Audit Service violated the inspection regulations when preparing the report. In addition, the auditors drew up an act of auditing the enterprise, although the audit is a separate type of audit, it requires a separate procedure and was not carried out.

"The audit conclusion is extremely unfounded, and it contains some subjective and biased assessments," the Kyiv City State Administration said.
