Austrian owner of Ukrzernoprom Agro on December 8 starts IPO for 25.9% shares on WSE

MCB Agricole Holding AG (Vienna, Austria), the owner of Ukraine's Ukrzernoprom Agro, on December 8 opened the bid book for investors as a part of an initial public offering (IPO) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), according to a posting on the Web site of Ukrzernoprom Agro.

The company said that at the IPO MCB Agricole plans to place three million of additionally issued shares or 25.9% of the increased charter capital, and EUR 25-33 million could be raised, or EUR 23.6-31.3 million, taking into account expenses on the share placement.

The bid book is to be closed on December 14, 2011.

Dom Maklerski PKO BP (Poland) organized the placement. Phoenix Capital Limited acts as lead manager.

The listing on the WSE will start on January 13, 2012. In addition, the company submitted an application to include 2.53 million existing shares traded in the form of GDRs on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) in the listing.
