Kyiv's Solomiansky District Court has issued a decision on selecting a preventive measure in the form of arrest with an alternative of bail for the deputy chairman of Oschadbank, the head of the corporate business department of PrJSC Creative Group and two employees of PJSC Creative Group.

Nazar Kholodnytsky, the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), said on his Facebook page Kyiv's Solomiansky District Court on October 25 is considering petitions from prosecutors to select a pretrial restriction for ten suspects in criminal proceedings on the fact of misappropriation of Oschadbank funds.

"A pretrial restriction has already been chosen for the following suspects: the deputy chairman of the bank board in the form of custody with an alternative of a bail in the amount of UAH 7 million, an employee of the bank's corporate business department in the form of custody with an alternative of a bail in the amount of UAH 1.5 million," Kholodnytsky said.

In addition, according to him, a pretrial restriction in the form of arrest with an alternative of a bail of UAH 2 million has been chosen for the head of PrJSC Creative and UAH 2.55 million for two employees of PJSC Creative Group.
