Pericles Global Advisory, which has won a tender to select advisers for preparing Odesa Portside Chemical Plant for privatization, will work in a consortium with White & Case LLP, Kinstellar, KPMG Ukraine and SARS Capital, Acting Chairman of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Trubarov said on Facebook.

"We've discussed important terms of the deal, sales strategy and ways of debt restructuring," he wrote after a working meeting at the Fund with Pericles Global Advisory on August 22.

Trubarov added that among the important tasks of the adviser and the consortium formed by it is the development of a financial model of the Odesa plant, the search for a strategic investor and conducting all necessary audits whose conclusions will be trusted by foreign investors.

As reported, Pericles Global Advisory LLC was selected in late July as an adviser for Odesa plant privatization preparations following first tenders to select advisers for large-scale privatization.
