Kusto Agro plans to plant 120 ha of gardens and berry fields in 2018

The group of companies Kusto Agro plans in 2018 to plant gardens and berry fields on an area of 120 hectares in three regions of Ukraine.

According to a report on the group's Facebook page, the group intends to plant organic strawberries on an area of 17 hectares in Zhytomyr region in May this year and 14 hectares in Vinnytsia region in August.

Kusto Agro plans in October to plant a cherry garden on an area of 89 hectares in Khmelnytsky region.

As reported, Kusto Agro is part of the international holding Kusto Group (Singapore), which develops business in the oil, energy, agricultural, construction and other industries.

Kusto Group is implementing projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Vietnam, China, Turkey, and Georgia.

In Ukraine, the land bank of the company is 12,000 hectares and is located in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky regions. In addition, Kusto Agro owns three elevators with a total capacity of 90,000 tonnes.
