Ukrenergo wants to attract advisor for ENTSO-E integration
National energy company Ukrenergo wants to attract an advisor for integration with the European Network of Transmission System Operators (ENTSO-E), the company has reported in the Uriadovy Kurier government's newspaper.
The tasks of the contractor include preparing for signing agreements between system operators, conducting three training seminars on compliance with ENTSO-E dispatching rules, assisting in the development of technical tasks to expand the functionality of software for the analysis and modeling of the electric power system.
The interested persons can submit their proposals to Ukrenergo before February 21.
The advisor services will be paid using the loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Clean Technology Fund under the Second Power Transmission Project.
Ukrenergo operates trunk and interstate power grids, as well as conducts the centralized dispatching of the united energy system of the country. The company is a state enterprise. It is subordinated to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, but it will be transformed into a private joint-stock company.
