Ukrenergo orders equipment worth UAH 330.8 mln from Zaporizhtransformator
Ukrenergo and PJSC Zaporizhtransformator on January 16 signed an agreement for the supply of six units of transformer equipment for UAH 330.806 million (including VAT), according to the ProZorro system.
The purchase was conducted according to the negotiation procedure. Ukrenergo justified the application of this procedure by the absence of alternative suppliers of such products.
Transformer equipment will be installed at the 750 kV Dniprovska substation. The price of the agreement, in addition to the cost of transformers and autotransformers, also takes into account the cost of monitoring and supervision systems for all equipment.
As reported, Ukrenergo operates trunk and interstate power grids, as well as conducts the centralized dispatching of the united energy system of the country. The company is a state enterprise. It is subordinated to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, but it will be transformed into a private joint-stock company.
