The Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region has accepted an application from PJSC PrivatBank about monetary claims in the amount of UAH 1.837 billion to PJSC Dniproavia in the case of bankruptcy of the latter.

According to the court ruling, the application will be considered at 11:00 on January 17, 2018.

In addition, the same court ruled another decision to continue considering the case according to the rules of the general lawsuit on the suit of PrivatBank against Dniproavia to recover the debts of UAH 443.927 million.

The matter concerns the debt under the loan agreement dated January 21, 2014. The court decided to postpone the preparatory meeting until January 18, 2018.

As reported, the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region instituted a bankruptcy order related to Dniproavia on November 13. Viktoria Kundas was appointed property administrator. The deadline for submission of creditors' claims to the debtor was 30 days from the date of the official announcement. Ukrtatnafta's claims totaled UAH 132.7 million.
