Ukrnafta sees net profit rise by 2.6 times in nine months of 2017

PJSC Ukrnafta saw its net profit rise by 2.6 times (by UAH 670.579 million) in January-September 2017 compared to the same period last year, to UAH 1.097 billion.

According to a company report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, its net income for the first nine months increased by 30.2% (by UAH 4.621 billion), to UAH 19.922 billion, gross profit by 15.8% (by UAH 1.249 billion), to UAH 9.173 billion.

Ukrnafta in January-September 2017 sold 944,042 tonnes of oil for UAH 9.157 billion, 396,475 tonnes of ammonia for UAH 2.13 billion, as well as petroleum products for UAH 9.222 billion.

In the total volume of petroleum products sold in the first nine months of 2017 oil accounted for 29.2% (in January-September 2016 some 51.9%), petroleum products for 29.4% (23.4%), and ammonia for 6.8% (12.4%).

Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta, the former shareholders of PrivatBank (Kyiv) about 42% of shares.
