Govt approves rules of using budget funds by Justice Ministry to develop e-governance

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the rules of using funds of the national budget by the Justice Ministry to develop e-governance in the justice area.

An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported that the decision was made at a government meeting on Wednesday.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman read the decision as one approved by the government without discussion.

The Cabinet appoints the Justice Ministry the main manager of budget funds for this program, Ukrderzharkhiv and the Justice Ministry are appointed managers of lower instance.

Budget funds are sent to the introduction of the electronic document flow system, the implementation of the project entitled "Electronic archive systems", the introduction of mobile identification and mobile electronic digital signature (Mobile ID).

The government instructed the Justice Ministry to submit general information on the use of budget funds to the Finance Ministry, on a quarterly basis, by the 15th day of the next month.

Some UAH 28.77 million is provided for the development of electronic governance in the justice sector.
