State Property Fund preparing Odesa CHPP for privatization
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has decided to prepare a state-owned stake in public joint-stock company Odesa combined heat and power plant to privatization, the press service of the fund has reported.
"The SPF in order No. 1188 dated July 25, 2017 decided to ensure the sale of shares in Odesa CHPP. The arbitration manager – liquidator of Odesa CHPP is to conduct a full stocktaking of property of Odesa CHPP and the audit," the fund said.
As reported, the plan to sell shares in Odesa CHPP was approved by the government in April 2013.
