Arricano Real Estate Plc (Cyprus), a managing company and developer of several shopping centers in Ukraine, is ready to buy one of the largest shopping centers in Kyiv – Sky Mall – from bank Pivdennyi (Odesa). The mall was transferred to ownership of the financial institution to pay a debt.

The press service of Arricano said on Tuesday that the company is considering a statement of bank Pivdennyi Board Chairman Alla Vanetsiants to sell Sky Mall as a public offer and accepts it.

"If bank Pivdenny is going to sell Sky Mall, we are ready to buy it. We will send the official letter to the head of the bank," Arricano CEO Mykhailo Merkulov said.

As reported, Vanetsiants in an interview with the Business weekly published on July 3, 2017 said that bank Pivdennyi intends to sell Sky Mall.
