Members of the board of directors of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy earned UAH 50.8 million in 2016, according to a consolidated report of the group.

According to the document, remuneration of Board Chairman Andriy Kobolev was UAH 19 million, that for Serhiy Konovets – UAH 11.1 million, Serhiy Pereloma – UAH 10.5 million and Yuriy Kolbushkin – UAH 10.2 million.

Remuneration of members of the supervisory board in 2016 totaled UAH 19.07 million. In particular, Marcus Richards' remuneration was UAH 5.58 million, that for Charles Proctor – UAH 5.23 million, Paul Warwick – UAH 5.22 million, Volodymyr Demchyshyn – UAH 2.94 million and Yulia Kovaliv – UAH 110,000.

Enterprises incorporated into Naftogaz group employed 74,765 people, including 8,466 managers (11%), 12,537 professionals and specialists (17%), 493 technical staff (0.7%), and 53,269 skilled and other workers (71.3%).

Some 78% of group personnel are men (58,190 persons) and 22% are women (16,575 persons).
