Dniproavia considers court ruling on its return to state property illegal, subject to appeal

The management of PJSC Dniproavia airline (Dnipro) in connection with mass media reports on the decision of the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region on transferring 94.5% of its shares to state ownership will inform its partners, passengers and the public that the airline operates as normal, according to the approved flight schedule.

According to the press service of the company, this decision of the court of first instance has not entered into legal force and is subject to appeal as unlawful, while all the management authorities of the company continue to function as normal in accordance with the statutory documents.

"We responsibly declare: we are fulfilling and will fulfill our obligations to customers concerning transportation of passengers, cargo and baggage, as well as all duties for servicing aircraft, ensuring aviation security, and interaction with state and international organizations," the press service said.

At the same time, the Dniproavia administration told the agency the information released by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko in Facebook about the court decision almost led to a halt in the company's work, as its partners and counterparties have begun announcing their intention to suspend work with it.
