DTEK energy holding reported it had lost control over all its enterprises in the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions that are temporarily not controlled by Ukrainian authorities.

According to the press service of the holding, the directors of all these enterprises received a notice about the need to re-register the companies in the so called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and start the inventory of the property.

"From this moment DTEK does not control the operation of these enterprises. The company considers the requirement to re-register our enterprises to be unacceptable, any form of pressure will not force DTEK to change the jurisdiction of its assets," the press service said.
