The Anti-Monopoly Committee has disclosed the names of a number of companies affiliated with former environment minister Mykola Zlochevsky's Burisma Group.

The Burisma Group whose ultimate beneficiary is Zlochevsky includes Brociti Investments Ltd., indirectly (via Cyprus Kubgas Holding Ltd), which owns shares of oil and gas producer KUB-Gas.

The following companies are affiliated with Kubgas Holding Ltd.: LLC Infox, Aldea Ukraine, First Ukrainian Oil and Gas Company, LLC Esko-Pivnich energy service company, LLC Pari (BET), LLC Nadragaz, and LLC KUBGas-Borova.

Further, Kubgas Holding Ltd has affiliated companies that are engaged in wholesale trade in clothing and footwear and provide sports club services.

As reported, Burisma on Thursday announced that all legal proceedings and pending criminal allegations against its President Zlochevsky and operating companies of Burisma Group are fully closed.
