PJSC Zolotonosha butter factory (Cherkasy region), Pyriatyn cheese factory (Poltava region) and Bashtanka cheese plant (Mykolaiv region), part of Milk Alliance, one of the largest holdings in the market, will pay UAH 253.91 million in dividends.

According to reports from the companies in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, the relevant decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders at the end of last year.

According to the document, in particular Zolotonosha butter factory will pay UAH 82.733 million of profit for 2012-2014 in dividends, leaving UAH 7.103 million undistributed. Payment per share will amount to UAH 2,240.

Bashtanka cheese plant will pay UAH 71.105 million of profit for 2008-2015 in dividends, leaving UAH 15.606 million undistributed. Payment per ordinary share will be UAH 244.62.

Pyriatyn cheese plant intends to pay UAH 100.075 million in dividends, or UAH 0.075 per share.

Dividends will be paid within six months.
