International British procurement agency Crown Agents plans to purchase drugs and medical products from funds of the national budget of Ukraine for 2016 by March next year, Crown Agents senior procurement consultant Christine Jackson has said at a press conference.

According to the terms outlined in the agreement Ukraine's Ministry of Health and Crown Agents signed on October 27, 2016, the agency must procure drugs and medical products by March 2017.

Amendments, which will be signed on December 1, were put to the agreement, afterwards Crown Agents plans to publish a list of 11 programs, under which it will make purchases.

She also stated 97.6% of drugs and medical products for the funds of 2015 have been supplied. The rest of medical goods will be delivered by December 7.
