The Ukrainian government will coordinate the appointment of Mark Rollins as Head of Ukrnafta PJSC, and Rollins has promised to pay dividends to the state and pay the tax debt, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said.

"Mr. Rollins agreed that the contact should have the clear norm that Ukranfta Board Chairman is responsible for efficient management of the company and paying out dividends belonging to the state, including paying the tax debt," Yatseniuk said at a Cabinet meeting on Wednesday.

Yatseniuk said that if this condition is met the Cabinet will approve the contract with Rollins.
