Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has authorized Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko to sign an agreement on loan guarantees between Ukraine and the United States, and approved her directives for participation in talks with the U.S. on concluding this agreement.

Corresponding presidential order No. 506/2015-rp was signed by Poroshenko on Wednesday, the president's official website reported.
