The Ukrainian government has set the reduced terms for the provision of services in the state registration of ownership rights to immovable property to three days, and for the state registration of property with the issue of an ownership certificate and the state registration of ownership to a company as a whole property complex to five days.

Cabinet resolution No. 190 on the provision of services in the registration of ownership rights to immovable property and property encumbrances in the reduced terms of April 8 has been posted on the government's website.

According to a supplement to the resolution, the fee for express services is set at the double the administrative fee for the state registration of ownership rights to immovable property.

The government also set a double fee for the reduced terms of providing information from the state register of ownership rights to immovable property on paper within one hour from the moment of the registration of an application.

The state registration of encumbrances will be possible within two hours: the fee is set at the administrative fee for the state registration of encumbrances.

The conditions for the reduced terms of the state registration of ownership rights to immovable property and property encumbrances will take effect within two months after the publication of the resolution.
