NCER revises Ukrhydroenergo's tariff for electricity from January 2015

The National Commission of Ukraine for Energy and Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) has approved the tariff of PJSC Ukrhydroenergo (Vyshgorod, Kyiv region) for electricity generated by the company's hydroelectric power plants (HPP) and the electricity sold by the company for 2015.

According to an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent, the rate of payment for electricity, sold by the company's power stations, from January 1, 2015 will increase by 20% - from 9.21 kopecks to 11.05 kopecks per kWh (excluding VAT).

The rate of payment for power for the first quarter of 2015 is set at UAH 126,873 per MW (excluding VAT), the second one – UAH 106,688 per MW (excluding VAT), the third one – UAH 133,723 per MW (excluding VAT), in the fourth quarter – UAH 77,685 per MW (excluding VAT).

The investment program of the generating company for 2015 is approved in the amount of UAH 824.652 million (excluding VAT) against UAH 1.014 billion (excluding VAT) in 2014.

Ukrhydroenergo CEO Ihor Syrota at a meeting of the commission said that, according to the planned balance for 2015, net electricity supply by the company's HPPs is estimated at UAH 10.842 billion.
