Ukraine in eight months exports electricity worth $371 mln
Ukraine in January-August 2014 exported electricity worth $371.157 million.
According to the State Fiscal Service, Hungary over the eight months took delivery of electricity worth $164.995 million, Belarus - $127.973 million, Moldova - $38.769 million, and other countries (Poland, Slovakia and Romania) - $39.42 million.
In comparison with January-August 2013, the export of electricity in monetary terms decreased by 6% (by $23.641 million).
According to customs statistics, in August 2014 Ukraine exported electricity worth $60.843 million, in particular to Hungary – for $23.854 million, Belarus - $27.645 million, Moldova - $5.736 million, other countries (Poland, Slovakia and Romania) - $3.608 million.
