The construction of the fourth stage of a circular road bypassing Donetsk with a total length of 78 kilometers is to be completed in 2014.

According to information from the service of automobile roads in Donetsk region, the construction and reconstruction of roads bypassing settlements will be the main focus in the activities of road developers in the region this year.

The new six-lane road of the first technical category will have seven overpasses, two bridges over rivers and a large flyover.

The implementation of the project will streamline the flows of transit transport from Mariupol maritime merchant port to central and western Ukraine, improve traffic safety, increase the intensity of traffic and improve the environmental situation in Donetsk.

As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers in July 2013 issued state guarantees for UAH 5 billion, which it was planned to use for the completion of construction of a bridge across the Dnipro River in Zaporizhia, the second stage of a bypass road in Dnipropetrovsk and the fourth stage of a bypass road in Donetsk.
