PERN Przyjazn (Poland) at the shareholders' meeting of Sarmatia Sp. z o.o. held on October 29 blocked the making of all decisions necessary for further work on the extension of the Odesa-Brody pipeline to Plock (Poland).

According to the press service of Sarmatia, in particular, PERN Przyjazn voted against the continuation of preparations for the project of construction, and the approval of the work plan and financial plan of Sarmatia for next year, as well as against an increase in the company's charter capital.

According to the regulations of Sarmatia, the consensus of shareholders is required to make any decision.

As reported, Ukrtransnafta and PERN Przyjazn in 2004 created Sarmatia Sp. z o.o. (Poland) for the construction of a section of the Brody-Plock oil pipeline with a length of about 490 km.

Later Azerbaijan's Socar, Georgia's GOGS and Lithuania's Klaipedos Nafta joined the company, due to which its charter capital was increased from PLN 2 million to PLN 9 million. The shares of all parties were 24.75%, except for Klaipedos Nafta, which became the owner of a 1% share.
