According to the income declaration campaign of 2012, around 3,000 people have declared over UAH 1 million of income, which is 1,000 people more year-over-year, reads a press release from the Income and Tax Ministry of Ukraine.

As part of the campaign over 630,000 citizens declared their incomes. Their income totaled about UAH 48 billion, which is 23% more income than last year.

The press release said that income worth over UAH 1 billion was declared by four Ukrainians: two citizens of Donetsk region, one from Ternopil region, and one in the city Kyiv.
