Hanna Stepanenko is the Inclusion and Employee Experience Manager at JTI Ukraine.

She works at the intersection of Diversity&Inclusion, Employee Experience , and Employee Well-Being, helping to create an environment where people can unleash their potential regardless of life circumstances or individual characteristics.

She is focused on developing an inclusive corporate culture, supportive management practices and solutions that improve the daily experiences of employees. She has careerиexperience in HR, journalism, and law.

Her key projects include JTI Ukraine Inclusive Language Guide, the “Our People.Diverse” programme and leading projects dedicated to barrier-free environment. Hanna focuses her work on practical solutions helping integrate inclusion principles into daily interaction, work processes, and corporate culture.
