Participating will be Co-Chairman of the Kharkiv Human Rights Group Yevhen Zakharov, expert at the Center for Political and Legal Reforms Oleksandr Banchuk, Chairman of the Lustration Committee of Ukraine Yehor Sobolev, and moderator Tetiana Pechonchyk from the Human Rights Information Center.
