Ukrainian speaker signs resolution on Ohryzko's dismissal as foreign minister

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn has signed a resolution on the dismissal of Volodymyr Ohryzko as Ukraine's foreign minister.

He said this on the Shuster Live show on the Ukraina TV Channel late on Thursday.

Lytvyn also said that he had informed President Viktor Yuschenko about this.

The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, dismissed Ohryzko as foreign minister on March 3. The Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc's faction in parliament, in turn, called for the cancellation of this resolution.
