Court bans Chornobyl cleanup workers' rallies in Kyiv - TV

Kyiv District Administrative Court has banned the rallies by Chornobyl cleanup participants in Kyiv, a representative of Public Fund if Chornobyl Invalids Viacheslav Baranyk (Kharkiv) told Channel 5.

"District Administrative Court of Kyiv banned holding rallies of such scale in Kyiv. We are planning to abide the law. [We will involve] all the groups in each region, that is in Kharkiv, Donetsk, that are there. That is, people born in time of war, war invalids and other groups of people with disabilities. Bring together all the organizations, and make demands together," he said.

According to him, the court issued this ruling in response to a suit by Kyiv City State Administration.
