The number of civilians affected by Russian attacks on Zaporizhia continues to increase, Anatoliy Kurtev, speaker of the Zaporozhia City Council, has said.
"As of 11:00 today, 14 dead and 74 wounded from yesterday's night attack on a multi-storey building and on a private sector in one of the city’s residential districts. Search and rescue work continues," Kurtev wrote on his Telegram channel on Monday morning.
In just two days, 16 people were killed in Zaporozhia, about 100 were injured.
"Here it is, the face of a vile terrorist country that can only kill sleeping civilians," he added.
