Tkachenko lays responsibility for crimes of Russian troops in Kyiv region on Russians who support power in Russia

Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko lays political responsibility for the crimes of the Russian troops in the cities of Kyiv region on the Russians who support the incumbent government in Russia.

"The Bucha tragedy. The blood runs cold from what we saw... Who is to blame? The Russian army? Putin? Yes. But not only. This is the result of a long-term marathon of hatred from Russian propagandists. Margarita Simonyan, Vladimir Solovyov, Olga Skabeeva, Popov, Tolstoy, Babayan, Kulikov, Mikheev, Krasovsky and others have been dehumanizing Ukrainians on television for years. They put it into the minds of the Russian society that the Nazi people lives in Ukraine, which should be denazified - that is, destroyed. That is how they prepared the basis for the massacres of Ukrainians. By dehumanizing the Ukrainians, the Russians have dehumanized themselves," Tkachenko wrote on his Telegram channel.

In this connection, according to the minister, in the Bucha tragedy there is a political responsibility of those who chose and support the current Russian government.

"Each of them is now marked as a fiend. Everyone who supported the actions of the killer for the last 22 years, every "liberal" who called for cooperation with the criminal authorities. It is you who raised this monster, the modern devil, and serve him. The world will not forgive you the genocide of the Ukrainian people," Tkachenko stressed.

The minister also called on the entire democratic world to investigate Russia's crimes at an international tribunal as quickly as possible.
