The Ukrainian cabinet has posted resolution No. 627-r of April 11, 2011 on the approval of an amicable agreement with Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (British Virgin Islands) on its Web site.
According to the document, the interagency commission for the organization of the signing and observation of PSA agreements is ordered to amend an agreement with Vanco on sharing hydrocarbons that will be extracted from the Prykerchensky field on the Black Sea shelf. The amendments will be taken in to account in the agreement after Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal issue its ruling.
