More than 200 companies, government officials and diplomats took part in a webinar on Ukraine-Israel FTA - Embassy
A large-scale event to clarify the FTA between Ukraine and Israel was held by the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel together with the Council of Exporters and Investors at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the State Institution «Ukrainian Export Promotion Office» and with the support of the Ukrainian-Israeli Alliance NGO. The Embassy reported this at Facebook.

The webinar participants discussed the main export commodity groups from Ukraine to Israel, the structure of Israeli exports to Ukraine, expanding economic and investment cooperation between the two countries, changes in tariff policy, traditions and features of the Israeli market and doing business in Israel, commodity groups and import regime levels. The Ambassador of Ukraine Yevhen Korniychuk noted the «prospects of the economic component of Ukraine's relations with Israel» against the background of the FTA, as well as taking into account strategic changes in the region, especially the normalization of Israel's relations with a number of Arab countries.
«Korniychuk said that the economic priority of the Embassy is to intensify interregional cooperation and promote the interests of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine by advising on a wide range of bilateral cooperation and Israeli economy, organization of professional tours to specialized facilities in Israel, participation in exhibitions, fairs and other presentation and thematic events; finding partners», - the Embassy noted.
It was announced a number of bilateral online and offline events (summits, webinars, presentations, etc.), regional / groups road shows in Ukraine and Israel on the following topics: food industry, agriculture, real estate, IT, education, medicine, tourism.
