Putin to discuss gas price with Yanukovych, says source

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will hold talks on a whole range of domestic and foreign policy issues in Crimea on Saturday, a source in the Crimean authorities told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The talks will focus on the Customs Union, the prospects of European integration of Ukraine. They will discuss the possibility of reducing the price of Russian gas for Ukraine," the agency's interlocutor said.

Yanukovych and Putin will also adjust plans for the Russian-Ukrainian joint activities until the end of this year, as well as discuss international matters of mutual interest, the source said.

The meeting's agenda also includes the issues related to the settlement of the Transdniestrian conflict and the situation in Belarus, the source added.
