The current complicated political situation in Ukraine can lead to a loss of the country's territorial integrity, said Anatoliy Hrytsenko, the head of the parliamentary national security and defense committee.
"If the authorities continue to destroy the state and the country, we will move step by step to a situation, whereby we'll gradually become a territory under the control of other states, even through we might retain all formal state attributes - the flag, the national anthem and the presidential banner. This process is dangerous and we must jointly halt it," Hrytsenko said at an online news conference in Kyiv on Thursday.
"Order must be restored in the country. All of us are sick of this chaos and disarray," Hrytsenko said.
