Lviv regional council approves budget for 2011

Lviv Regional Council approved on Tuesday the regional budget for 2011.

The total revenues of the region's budget are projected at UAH 3.747 billion, including UAH 3.627 billion to the general fund of the budget and UAH 120 million to the special fund.

The expenditures were set at UAH 3.747 billion, including UAH 131 million from the budget's special fund.

The volume of inter-budget transfers is estimated at UAH 2.166 billion. The budget's reserve fund will have UAH 4.68 million.

Lviv Regional Council decided to earmark UAH 400,000 for the completion of the monument to the leader of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), Stepan Bandera, half of which will be reassigned from the regional energy saving program and another half from the expences on the regional council's staff.

Some UAH 1 million will be provided as assistance to veterans of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army.
