The agreements Ukraine has signed with Gazprom are not completely in line with presidential directives, First Deputy of Ukrainian Presidential Secretariat Oleksandr Shlapak said at a briefing on Tuesday.
According to him, the contracts signed with Gazprom do not correspond to the agreements earlier reached between the Ukrainian and Russian presidents and prime ministers in February and October 2008, which stipulate a stage-by-stage switch to market prices of gas for Ukraine over a three-year period, and also on tariffs for the gas transit and its storage in underground facilities.
"I consider these directives unfulfilled," Shlapak said.
