Candidates of the Party of Regions of Ukraine have won the mayoral elections in ten out of the fourteen towns of Kyiv region, head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysiazhniuk told a press conference on Friday.
According to him, the representatives of the Party of Regions were re-elected mayors in the towns of Slavutych, Brovary, Boryspil, Butcha, Obukhiv, Ukrainka and Vyshgorod.
New mayors, representatives of the Party of Regions, were elected in Boyarka, Skvyra and Yahotyn.
Residents of four towns have chosen candidates, who ran for other political forces, for their mayors.
