The election commission of Odesa has declared Incumbent Head of Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee Oleksiy Kostusev a winner of the mayoral election.
Almost 51% of Odesa residents voted for Kostusev of the Party of Regions, whereas ex-mayor Eduard Hurvits of the Front for Change got less then 31% of the vote, head of Odesa city election commission Oleksandr Akhmerov announced at the committee's meeting on Thursday.
As reported, fifteen contenders were running for Odesa mayor's office.
