Delegates from the Council of Europe have offered Ukraine to work on the country's Election Code together.
Head of the delegation Gudrun Mosler-Törnström made the offer at a press conference on Monday.
"We had a conversation with senior officials of Ukraine and made such a proposal," she told journalists, asked whether they had raised the issue of working out the Election Code with the Ukrainian authorities.
Mosler-Törnström also expressed hope that Ukrainian and European experts would work out together a code that would eliminate the problems seen during the local elections in Ukraine.
