Hennadiy Kernes, a Party Regions candidate, is leading for Kharkiv mayorship, according to the results of the exit poll conducted by the Vzaimodiya sociological group and New Image Marketing Group during the local election in Kharkiv.
As the press service of the Regions Party's regional organization reported, Kernes scored 33.4%, Batkivschyna candidate Arsen Avakov 31.9%, a Communist Party candidate 16.2%, while 10.1% did not support any of the candidates.
The GfK exit poll earlier reported that Avakov was in the lead with 34.7% followed by Kernes with 30.9%.
