Yanukovych to visit Greece on June 6

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will visit Greece on Sunday, June 6, where he will meet with Greek President Karolos Papoulias, the presidential press service told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.

The press service reported that Yanukovych would make a pilgrimage to Mount Athos on the same day.

On Monday and Tuesday, June 7-8, the head of state is scheduled to participate in the third summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey.

The press service also noted that Yanukovych was expected to meet with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund next week.
