A visa-free regime of travel to Ukraine and transit through the country will be introduced for Croatian citizens from June 15 to October 31, 2010 if their period of stay in Ukraine does not exceed 90 days.

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych signed a decree to that effect on Friday, his press service reported.

The decree takes effect on the day of its publication.

As reported, Croatia introduced a visa-free regime of short-term travel for Ukrainian citizens from April 1 to October 31, 2010. Thus, Ukrainians will not need visas to enter Croatia for a period of 90 days if they have valid foreign passports.
