Tymoshenko predicts largest shadow privatization of state enterprises in Ukraine under Yanukovych

BYT leader Yulia Tymoshenko has forecast the largest shadow privatization of state enterprises in Ukraine will occur under President Viktor Yanukovych.

She announced this at a press conference in Kyiv on Friday.

"I can say with high probability and accuracy that all of our state monopolies, which form the stability and wealth of our country, will be based on joint ventures, or privatized one way or another. This will be the largest, most systematic shadow privatization in all the years of our country's independence," Tymoshenko said.
