PACE co- rapporteurs to make fact-finding visit to Ukraine

Co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) for monitoring Ukraine Renate Wohlwend (Liechtenstein) and Mailis Reps (Estonia), will make a fact-finding visit to Ukraine on June 1-4.

The co-rapporteurs will come to Ukraine to discuss the policy priorities and reform program of the new government, as well as recent developments concerning media freedom, and the establishment of an agreed roadmap for adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of the reforms needed to bring Ukraine into line with its Council of Europe obligations and commitments, the Information Office of the Council of Europe in Ukraine reported.
