The Ukrainian military positions in Donbas have been shelled 57 times in the past 24 hours, the military operation press center said on Facebook.
Forty-four shell attacks have been recorded in the Mariupol area, it said. Ukrainian military fortifications near Talakivka, Pavlopil, Hranitne, Krasnohorivka and Maryinka were shelled from large-caliber machineguns, grenade launchers and small arms, according to the statement. Vodiane, Lebedynske and Shyrokyne were attacked with barrel artillery of the 122- and 152-millimeter caliber and mortars of the 82- and 120-millimeter caliber.
In the Luhansk area, ten instances of ceasefire violation have been recorded. The Ukrainian positions near Popasna and Orikhove were attacked with grenade launchers, machineguns and small arms; in Novozvanivka and Krymske, the Ukrainian forces shelled 120-millimeter mortars.
Three shell attacks were recorded in the Donetsk area. In particular, Avdiyivka came under grenade fire, while Verkhniotoretsk was attacked with grenades, machineguns, small arms and 82-millimeter mortars.
