Yulia Marushevka, who was presented by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko as the new head of the Odesa customs office, has been appointed to the post after a tender conducted by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, State Fiscal Service Head Roman Nasirov said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
"Marushevka was selected [at a tender] and was appointed by me as the head of the State Fiscal Service," he said.
Nasirov said that over 70 candidates submitted their documents for the tender to select the head of the Odesa customs office, and the tender commission presented nine candidates to the head of the State Fiscal Service, Marushevka was among them.
