Poroshenko orders presidential administration head to create e-petition section on president's website
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree under which he ordered the creation of a procedure for discussing electronic petitions to the Ukrainian President and a section for e-petitions on the website of the head of state to be set up.
"Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine [Borys Lozhkin] is to take measures to create the section of electronic petitions on the official website of the President of Ukraine and organize other work with electronic petitions which are submitted to the President of Ukraine," reads decree No. 523/2015 which was posted on the president's website on August 28.
Poroshenko ordered the State Department of Affairs take measures to provide financial expenses linked to the organization of electronic petitions.
The decree took effect on the day of its publication.
